Yeah, the best way is to create a webpage with what you want on the signature and map that as the source of the signature. Try and keep the image as small as possible though. You'll find that most of the good ones as simple and clear.Quote:

The way I did it was:
Open Outlook
Click on tools
Click on Options
Go to Mail Format
Go down to signatures
Create new
Click on Aadvanced Edit
This will open a Word document for you to create. Insert your logo and text and away you go....
