Just a suggestion for this forum? Maybe an application comparison head to head poll each week,,, Just a heads up on which applications people think is better for the same purpose. e.g..
Adobe Photoshop v GIMP v Microsoft Photo Editor
Quark XPress v InDesign v Microsoft Publisher (boooo!)
Outlook v Entourage
that kind of thing...
It would be alright if you have used all two/three of the options but if you haven't then it wont tell us much.
What i'd like to see is a review of a piece of software that people might not know about. Something that you know comprehensively does what its supposed to do, and that you can write about, give details on, pros and cons, download links, tutorials etc. Basically give people the whole lot on one piece of software that they might consider using in the future.
I'd do it for a few things anyway
