I excluded the obvious "old" bars such as mars, snickres, twix etc... cos they a bit boring for mid afternoon choc & caffeine intake.Comment

Regarding the Chocolate in the Vending Machine poll, it doesn't matter what shagging bar it is, them machines just eat your money and don't give the chocolate out. The little man who sits in the back [yes, he does exist, I've often seen a hand pushing things out] , he's obviously fallen on hard times, or he's run up a gambling debt, or something, because he just fleeces you, takes your money and probably eats the chocolate himself. I don't trust those machines any more, I just go to the shop like in the olden days.No Elvis, Beatles or the Rolling Stones

Right. It was the 2nd Anniversary of Joey Ramones death on Tuesday so for the second year running (cos he was alive before that) most of Limerick young (and not so young) rock/punk/metal talent had a tribute night where we all played Ramones songs. It was good.Originally posted by A face
