Song is "The Shining", and the word is indeed Soleil....

Not sure, but I think it's french for sun.....

Soleil is indeed French for sun, Badly drawn boy threw french into three songs on his first album, i guess when he ran out of rhymes.

Big Sur is a famous surfing beach in Southern California. Where they see lots of Soleil:D
