Almost all of our international players play abroad. I don't know the exact number, but there is a site http://www.chatsoccer.net/irishabroad/playerDetails.xquery that should help you.
The vast majority play in England, a few in Scotland. Very few players from the domestic league get international call-ups, maybe 1 every 3 years?
2- which Ireland team get most far in europe tournaments and when it was.
1990 World Cup, 1/4 finals. Also, 1988 European Championships, 1/4 finals.
3- what is the number of average supporters in in league matches and the national matches?
Average supporters in league matches is a VERY contentious point. I suggest you look at the "Official Attendences" thread, and create an average of the figures there. As for national matches, this is also hard to say. ROI played at Lansdowne Rd (cap. approx 40,000) and Croke Park (cap. approx 82,000) during the Euro '08 qualifiers, so I really don't know. I would hazard a guess at 50,000?
4- which teams have the high and the low budget in the the ireland league?
Again, a contentious point. The largest budgets are generally accepted to be those of St. Patrick's Athletic, Bohemians, Drogheda Utd and (until last week) Cork City, and Sporting Fingal in the First Division. The smallest budget would be UCD in the Premier Division, and Wexford Youths/Kildare in the First Division.
5-the most expensive transfer in ireland and in europe, but just irelands players.
The most expensive Irish player to be transferred from the LOI to England is Roy O'Donovan, from Cork City to Sunderland last year. I belive it was for £500,000.
6- WC 2010. what the goal of the national team, do they think they will qualify?
I believe it is certainly possible, with Trappatoni in charge.

If anyone else has more concrete answers, please post them. Not sure if I have the ROD figure correct.

I reckon question 2 refers to which Irish CLUB side has advanced most in Champions' League/European Cup. UEFA Cup etc. etc.
