Club in Dublin

I'm looking for a club that are still looking for players that play at a reasonable level. Is there any such club that has a large contingent of it players from outside Dublin? I live in Inchicore, so maybe a clubs that plays in the phoenix park would be suitable. I know I have missed pretty much all pre-season but I'm not afraid of hard training.
