Kick-off in Dalymount delayed at the moment as an external supply for the floodlights is not externally supplying properly.

After Edit:
Apologies to Reiteoir.
Alan Kelly would be the Referee.

gartland is a dirty pox and shold have been off earlier in any event (i didnt see the 2nd yellow as tg4 cut the feed early). Great performance by Bohs again, thoroughly deserved.

WE ARE BOHS!!!

Ewings off

Was that a straight red card? or two yellows?

If it was a straight red card then it's terrible refereeing because Crowe was going nowhere.

Gartlands wasnt even a foul.

The Drogs no 14 should have walked in the first half when he fouled crowe when he would have been through on goal. Clearly last man.

Still doesnt make Gartlands a foul. The Ewings decision was debatable as well I thought. Hard to say that if it was a genuine goalscoring chance or not. Kelly does seem to have the ability to ruin any match.

Bohs deserved to win on balacne though.

i think it was a straight red.

But what the hell was Ewings doing out there,
as you said Crowe wasnt going anywhere,
ewings dives in, he didnt need to put himself in that position

It was definitely a second yellow, and fully merited. Didn't see the first but I believe it was for kicking the ball away. Don't think Kelly handled this game badly at all, let a bit too much go maybe, and Shelley might have gone for the pro foul on Crowe.

Gartland second yellow might have been a bit harsh but was lucky to be still on the pitch at that stage.

Bohs the better team & deserved the win. Worth a punt for the double now, by far the best team in the league

That's for the courts to decide.

Definite red for Ewings. You can't come flying out of goal to tackle someone like that. Thought Gartland's was harsh, but it was irrelevant at that stage anyway. Plenty of yellows; someone was bound to pick up two.

How did Kalonas play anyway?

Sheridan

Very well, good touch and pace and used it well. Don't know how he'd stand up to man-marking as he's a bit slight, but his balance is good.

Kalonas had a good game, works very hard and the way he took the **** out of one of the Drogheda hatchet men before feeding Brennan was class.

I liked the bit where TG4 interviewed him at the end. "Do you like the Irish game?" "Yes - is very good!" "Go raibh maith agat"

Cracking game at Dalymount, and a deserved Bohs win. How Shelley was not sent off in the first half is a case for Scooby Doo and the Mystery Gang.
Lost track of the number of fouls Drogheda committed. There were bound to be some second yellows in there.
Kalonas had a really good game. He seems to be one of those "in the hole" type players. Crowe's goal was really well taken, too.

Cork held on well in what was an enjoyable game for the first hour. Gamble and Rice were running the show, Amond could've done better and Doyle was unlucky to hitting the post in the first half.

Still, one of the better Rovers games of recent times.

Unfortunately not. Just chanting..

"You're not getting paid", "Down with the Ramblers", "You're on the dole in the morning"...standard stuff and the old Ollie Byrne favourite "Where's your money gone".

Some 'save our club' banner in the ballybough end..

Only way of remaining in the cup, is if Cork fold before the next round.

Carrick Utd v Sporting Fingal game looking a bit dodgy; pitch took a lot of water overnight. Pitch inspection at 12 noon.
