3 tickets available, Hogan Upper.
Have access to numerous others!!

Don't subsidise the FAI/Ticketmaster by buying tickets direct from them!!!!
When there's hundreds of spares going....

You don't have a choice about buying tickets if you want to retain your block booker status.

As the man Stu said.
& the FAI's attitude on this one is of Greedy c**** .
It stinks.

so why retain your block booking status if you dont want to go to all the competitve games???

(am suggesting this given that its hundreds of tickets on offer; i except that some may miss the odd game due to personal reasons etc. and have to sell to keep their bb)

What system would you recommend. Maybe block bookers should only have to take Italy tickets maybe.

Perhaps you can suggest a fairer way of doing it.

Well said gspain as it has been said a good few times as this is the fairest way of doing it . We just need to look to the GAA where you could see your team all year and if they were lucky to get to an all Ireland you are still not sure that the person would get a ticket .

Are Dublin the only county to offer a season ticket? Season in the respect that you pay for the Parnell Park games and are offered one to buy for all the Croke Park games (even Godforbid a final is reached).

Away from the main subject of the thread but tickets should be issued on a season swipe card with re-sale only allowed via an online system (viagogo). If the FAI see people regularly reselling tickets for minor matches then their block booking should be taken off them.

There are far too many people on the block booking 'holding' spaces waiting for either big games and/or Lansdowne to arrive while people still wait to get onto the block booking. It's inexcusable that people are holding onto more block booking tickets than they need.

Of course the swipe card is still open to abuse but less so than a physical ticket. Obviously something like this will be easier to implement when the FAI are in control of the technology at the turnstiles.

Anyhow, as you were...

Any that mean regular supporters outside Dublin, get the chance of resale of their tickets back to the FAI, say minus a 10% fee, for say up to half the home games would be a start.
And certainly no obligation for the umpteen meaningless friendlies.......

They are not meaningless in terms of finance (we have to pay for the New stadium some how) although would agree, in football terms, perhaps in the main they are.
