An airline has changed the times (namely moved it an hour forward) of a outward and return flight. I have accepted the outward flight but asked for a refund on the return fllight (as because of further plans I didnt intend to use it any way)

They are saying because it is only an hour I am only entitled to the aiport tax E20 back . Surely they have conceeded the principle that they changed it , I have deemed it not suitable and am looking my money back. ? However their terms and conditions talk about 'significant change' alternative flights etc

Anybody any experience ? I dont need the flight, i am getting E40 back i didnt think i would, am I trying to be a cute hoor ?
