Just a thought occured to me the other day,
assuming which is more than likely, Kerr wont play harte on sat.
Who have we got to take a penalty if we happen to get one?
No one really-maybe holland or kilbane?

Steven Reid if he plays. Morrisson or Connolly would be other alternatives.
Pretty light in that area alright.

not something i'd thought about but no-one really stands out, i'm sure Kerr will have it sorted though. i'd imagine it'd be Morrison if he starts, if not, i'd give it to Reid.

Steve Finnan took Ireland's fifth and final penalty at the World Cup. If he missed, we were out. In front of 50,000 people and millions watching around the world, he executed a perfect spot kick.

I say let him take them till Robbie is back.

Interesting question for Kerr.

Robbie is out and Harte is very unlikely to start. Finnan would probably be next in line after his stunning strike at the World Cup but he is also unlikely to start.

I would persume Morrison would take the responsiblilty.

Hartey ain't the most consistant taker of penalties at any rate.
Is a pity his loan move to Portsmouth didn't work out, playing some first team football would be good for him.
