What happened is the question.?

Didn't see any match reports. any body out there give a brief overview of the game. 3 goals in the second half?

What happened was the Referee.

He booked Dave Hill because he kicked the ball and a Kildare player ran in to him.

He then awarded a penalty to Kildare Just before half timefor what was a dubious decision the Kildare player kicked the ball John andrews jumped to block and it hit his hand their was nothing he could do.

Then in the 54th Minute Dave hill was sent off for saying something to a kildare player.

We then went 2 nil down shortly after we battled back and Kieran Reily scored in the 79th minute but deep in injury time a bad pass out of defence and the scored the Third goal.

The Team was

Harrington,White,Andrews,Murphy,Wolfe,Hill,Moore,W arren,Yelverton,O'Reily and Cocker.

Tynan went on for white after they scored the second Harrington made some great saves but the ref Jim O Neil was a Joke.

Ramblers should of been 3 up after 10mins chances from Yelverton and 2 from O'Rielly. We beat them on the pitch but we couldnt score. Both O'Rielly and Coker hit the post. My man of the match Dave Moore. Kildare's 3rd goal was funny to see all Ramblers players were in the Kildare half including biscuits and Wolfe lost the ball and 1 of the Kildare players took a shot from the half way line and it went.
We should of won the game big time

The Rams are not getting much of the 'Rub of Green' this year. when ever it looks like a turning point of the season it gets shot down.

Bring on Bray W, lets hope the tide changes back for Sat.

True you should have scored in the first 10 minutes but thats what goalkeepers are for. They are there to stop the opposition scoring.

After that you did nothing. Dave Hill was sent off for a bad tackle and then bad mouthing the referee. (Usual dave hill stuff)

The penalty was dubious alright but Jim O'Neill still owes us about 5 more of them. We were crusing then and playing you off the park but we took the foot off the gas at 2-0 which allowed you back in.

The 3rd goal was pure class from 60 yards. If it was done in the premier**** it would be goal of the season and shown over and over.

Beckham????...**** that ...Peter Rogers anyday!!!!

Cobh v. County

Pld 5 Won 0 Lst 3 Drw 2 ..keep trying lads

when are ye ramblers lads, particularly Ramsie, going to grow up, start being objective and realise that the entire planet does not evolve around referees screwing ye, and 'Adolf' Hill being victimised.
The man is trouble, and a bully. The only problem for him now is that everyone's got his number. They know how to rile him, and nobodys intimidated by him anymore. So, why don't ye get up, dust yourselves down and get on with the mans game like men...not cowering little handbag wavers!!
