why not have a legends sligo team play the republic of ireland italy 90 squad? i think this will be a big draw and the jerseys from both teams can be collected after the match and auctioned off. the match can be sponcered and have a big night out of it. ot you can have a unique match sligo rovers vs a international team.like sligo vs san marino and you can auction off a squad place for the match where a fan can play!! if u cant get sam marino who not sligo vs man u and a fan can play!!

Very good idea. But its very unlikely to get all the players from Italia 90 if not all. But then again it would be great to see some of Ireland past heroes of football like Packie Bonner and Paul McGrath. And maybe Paul McGee play for each team e.g 1st half rovers 2nd half ireland because he was very successful in his international career.
