Ya, our problem lay in the fact that we couldn't get out of our own half to take any shots!! :D
Other than that we were by far the better team!!! :)

cant win a game from your own half!!!!! unless you have Beckham or Alonso playing with ye

Anyone get any new players in the last few weeks?
Was down at park trainin last night and there was a few new heads. One fella just moved from England looked very impressive. Knockainey beware!;)

No new players, but a few old ones back in the fold. We had 13 training last night. Just a pity we were thrown in with the A team and not allowed do our own bit. Still, if those 13 plus a few others show up Sunday, we should give Murroe a good run.

Indeed it does my good man. I wouldn't mind but I'm lighter than I've been in years. 13stone even for first time in about two years.. I can even see my boots when I look down now!! :D

I think your scales must be broken  because if your 13 stone then i get offsides correct all the time :D

Great win for us today, weather was a major factor, very hard to play in those conditions, pitch was a joke not even lined, delighted to get the 3 points, not an easy place to get points.

Good game, Coonagh always ahead 2-0, 4-2, Shels got last in injury time, deserved the win. Clean game as well, alot of mouthing but no bad tackles. Must say pitch was exceptional, credit to the groundsman.

It's a definite result and a very good result for the View.Tough game out in Bruff giving that the weather wasnt the best and the pitch was awlful.Bruff took the lead after about 20 mins,View equalised not long later with Bruff scoring again and the view scoring their second,2-2 at half time.Second half was exciting with both teams getting chances but the View got the winner with 15 mins to go.View could have scored 2 more goals later on in the game.Experience and hard working got the result that the View needed to stay up around the top.

Murroe 1-0 Pike

Poor game played in terrible conditions on a horrible pitch. We went behind early to a sloppy goal. A cross we should have cut out from the right found the smallest player on the pitch who headed in from six yards as our keeper came out.
After that it was a battle against the conditions. We should have had a penalty and had a goal ruled out wrongly for offside but the ref gave the decisions against us. Having said that he had a good game so no real complaints. On another day we could have won 2-1. But not to be. At least we don't have to go out there again this season which I'm very happy about.

thats no shock there so,ldmc should just kick them out of the league, because by all reports its only a matter of time before something sinister happens on the field involving them.every monday after a set of fixtures someone comes on this site giving reports about their behaviour the previous morning, their a disgrace of a club.

Your own `A` team manager was sent off for abusing a ref yesterday,
get your own house in order before knocking anyone else.

pike i agree bout the pitch but taught the ref could have been better for both sides 2 from each side could have been off durning that handbags session (yer keeper could have done serious damage with his eric cantona impression) and on another day it could have been 3-0 as we hit the post and had a couple of very close ones as you said tho that offside did look fishy to me too.

as far as the pitch goes it is a bad one they are working on the far one at the mo fingers crossed it ready for next season, they had to make it longer as it was way too short
