:confused::confused::confused:Is it just me or do male refs think woman cant play soccer just because there woman. Im sure they think woman cant tackle always seem to give a free if a tackle is put in. I think they think the game must be played without contact just because there woman. Ive noticed this playing in the Cork league, the National cup and in college competitions. Rant over

I have to agree with that comment, and I am not a woman. I manage a womens team and it can be very annoying with some referees stopping games for minor tackles that wouldnt even be acknowledged by in a mens game. Having said that, there is a noticeable improvement in our league but there are still a few refs who think womens soccer is just a nice way for the girls to spend a sunday morning

ya there has been noticeable improvement in our league too but there are a few who im sure they think there reffing a game in the premiership in England the way they act. Just annoying cause truly believe they think woman cant tackle.
