i can't access the rubbish thread any more. is this for all users?
it was handy to pop in every now and then to see what threads/posts were deleted, and why.

I thought I set it up so people couldn't post in there, I'll look into it. I was certainly able to see in there while logged out last night when I was looking for eoinh's post.
