NoCookies style updates / Logout button added

I've updated the NoCookies style to be more like the primary style, all that should be different now is the toolbar. And I've added a Log Out button to the Control menu on the main style.

Also, people mightn't be aware that on the dynamic menus, you can click on categories now, which will bring you directly to the category page. So, for example, clicking on Other Stuff in the Forums menu will bring you to the index of forums in the Other Stuff category; and clicking on Private Messaging in the Control menu will bring you straight to your Inbox. I changed this ages ago but forgot to mention it.

Cúpla tiny changes today, I finally got rid of the ugly borders around radio buttons and checkboxes on the site, and buttons are now outies instead of innies. Been bugging me for ages, that lot.

We're in the middle of adding photo galleries at the moment, but we'll be testing them for a while yet. And news is coming along nicely too.
