After Ireland coming from behind to beat the roos our fellow Group 10 sides would have been anxious for results themselves.
It wasn't to be so however.
Swiss lost 0-2 to France,
Ruskies lost 1-2 to Isreal,
and Albania lost 3-1 to Macedonia.

i hope the russians continue to play badly. wouldn't read too much into the swiss result, depending on the team france put out (i know Marlet scored so it may not have been strong).

saw zidane and Henry playing i think from memory of flicking in and out of match, wud have watched only for stupid french commentary
