I'm a little worried about some of the adverts at the top of the website. Got some gay parship :eek: one while posting the other day. As with 'Date an Arab NOW'. Is there a market for this sort of thing on this website? ;)

Gay people aren't allowed on football websites? Or arabs? Should we be quizzing people on their sexual orientation and ethnicity when they register? Run background checks?

I think it was explained before on this site that some program ('Googlebots?') places ads on the site based on the content of the site. The 'gay' ad is probably a result of the 'gay characters in school textbooks' thread.

Don't know about the 'date an Arab' one, but I remember a 'date a Filipina' type ad before.

Makes sense that. Saw a banner for Coldplay tickets just now, there's a Coldplay thread in the music section. Just seemed entirely random that's all.
