Glad you all agree with peoples right to express a view (all views) and I take it i can now take the gagg off again (joke).
What about Bolton -wasnt Fulham an even greater turn around? Written off in April by all the wise heads then pulled it off in the very last game of the season. Now thats inspiring!
there is a difference between having your say and slaging people off:ball:

And all this pointless, round-in-circles rubbish relates to the Fingal game how exactly??? If you feel Shanks is mouthing off, rise above it and ignore it, or address it on a separate thread. Lets stay on the subject for once in our lives!!!
P.S. We were crap against Drogs and Fingal and we're now in the defining stage of our season. If we can snap out of this dip in form soon, we can stay up. If we don't we won't!

Whats the difference Ramsfan? R-14 was pulled up for honing in and slagging off a particular player but you come to defend his right to do it. I disagree with hes over the top negativity including his treatment of that player, so I'm Bad. The you made the incrediable claim that he is being warned what he should say and you use words like 'reprisals'. Whats happening here, is there something I'm missing, or are the Black and Tans back or what? and where does the club hierarchy come into all this? Perhaps, as chimpster says, you boys should consider returning to discussing football!

Were trying to talk about football but you seem to be holding it back by complaining about every fookin post.
It got me thinking......How many of your, 39 posts have been about football?????? I'd say about 2!
So what if I said a particular player played bad??? I only said that because HE DID!!!
I said it in previous post, i'm not here to bullsh!t anyone and raise false hope.
Would you rather I said that Ramblers played brilliant against Fingal (a 1st Division team) and that they couldn't keep up with their quality of football????

no not a spoilsport, we all take mickey out of r14 but it is lighthearted because we know will get a response but when it gets nasty and becomes bullying i draw the line:ball:
nothing nasty here, wee've asll been involved in far worse, this seems to be one of the most mature arguements weve had on this in a long time, says alot bout us i know:eek:
if meade played well
so your tellin me meade never played well, because not once did he receive credit from r14 this season, proving your statement to be incorrect.
no relation, but feel its wrong for you to come on here majority of your posts are having a go, people log on to have a chat and express opinion, wake up alittle things arent going great at mo and people have to stop burying head in the sand being all politically correct if you have an opinion express it and dont be afraid, this is a fans forum not a club run activity, so be it pos or neg people mshouldnt be afraid to say what they like and shouldnt get bullied for doing it.
Ya, **** em all, **** **** ****, the ****ers!!!!
and the fact people like r14 are being warned to watch what they say by club hierarchy it has become a very closed shop people know lots of goings on where previously they would have been open and honest now they are afraid to talk for fear of reprisals
so your saying a member of the committee has approached him to tell him to shut up watch he says on this forum???

Are you president of his fan club or something????
To say your able to keep track of what people say about him you must be.
I don't even know myself whether i've praised him this season so I can 't comment on the situation.
All I know is that it's been hard to praise him as he has been poor in more games than he's been good in. The only game where I can remember him playing well is vs Cork City. Other than that he has failed to make the step-up.

President of his fan club:eek:, heard it ****in all now.
No ive defended loads of players on this site, fact my freind, the problem here is, its constant negativity towards him. Hes from cobh now it shouldnt mean much but i do feel we should support them a bit more because their one of our own. Now doesnt mean we should support the cork lads any less either like.
I know you havent praised him this season clearly its sometihng that has caused arguements so has been monitored, its not the fact he hasnt praised **** that its the fact hes been abused massively for no reason at all, he was singled out at least 3 games in a row, ridiculously like, thats the problem, its ok to say a player had a shocker, if a player has a shocker, once off, but if a player goes through a bad run of form, which in this case he wasnt, coming on here and saying the player is the weak link, playing crap etc, is only going to delay the time in which he gets his confidence back and does not help the player, the team or the club.

ya ******* stop editing, :D.
Totally disagree with you there, hes had numerous good games this year, he has played bad too once or twice, there has been at least 3 games this season were 1-11 were poor, wouldnt single nobody out. As for failing to make the step up, bull****, pure and utter bull****.

Personally I think that he should be getting his game ahead of Brian Mc but obviously he has been playing poorly bella otherwise he wouln't have been dropped in the cup game and been given extra competition with the signing of Brian Mc aswell as having Ray Lally to compete with.

I think we'd all like an answer to that one. Even though I have only been around here a short while, Bella has made the case better than I ever could, and I now know I wasnt imagining things!
