I'll start it off with Liverpool almost certain to sign Gareth Barry from Villa with the possibility of Crouch going the other way

Talk in Glasgow yesterday was of Artur Boruc moving to the EPL, possibly to Arsenal, personally I think he'll stay at Celtic but thats one to watch.
Stephen Hunt and Kevin Doyle are apparantly on their way to Sunderland (and here I thought Roy was going to actually buy quality this summer)
Nicolas Anelka is leaving Chelsea already according to the tabloids yesterday
Samuel Etoo will be joining either Inter or Spurs (Inter it is then)

Chelsea will sign Porto's Bosingwa, see here (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/teams/c/chelsea/7395831.stm). I admit I don't know an awful lot about him but right-back is definitely an area Chelsea need to improve. Hopefully this will mean more of Essien in midfield, where he belongs.

Looks like Finnans days at Anfield could be numbered
from RTE.ie (http://www.rte.ie/sport/soccer/2008/0520/liverpool.html?rss):Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez has begun his summer overhaul of the Reds' underperforming squad by bringing in Switzerland right-back Philipp Degen on a free transfer.
The 25-year-old will leave Borussia Dortmund for Anfield on 1 July when his contract with the Bundesliga club expires.
Also Duff linked with Spurs (http://www.goal.com/en/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=703088)could be great for Ireland to have Duff and Keane playing together week in week out

Man Utd wanted him aswell, he is real powerful player, not the tallest but can get up and down that touchline all day, great all round right back.

Arsenal granted Vela permit (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/teams/a/arsenal/7405518.stm)
Not a signing as such, but could be big news for Arsenal next season.
