am i correct in saying that boco will be gone on world cup duty for two games sept 5th & sept 9th. so possibly he will miss the bohs game sept 1st and defo will miss the drogheda game on sept 4th. am i also correct in assuming that the cup game (1/4 final) will be played sat 12th sept & hopefully that he will be back for this. it would be crucial that we have him for the cup game.

well hopefully if Peers is fit Keane can slot in at right back without much bother.

boco still a massive loss no matter who fills in at right full. think its 9 games he misses all season for internationals. wonder if we had him for these 9 games how many more points we'd have, although its not one player that makes a team

although its not one player that makes a teamUnless it's Kevin Julian.

Unless it's Kevin Julian.

well obviously kevin was another story, he was good enough to win a game on his own, probably would have won the league that year if it wasnt for his injury

Benin are playing on the 6th September, 11th October & 14th November. So Boco should only be missing Drogs away and Galway at home...and also the 1st leg of the play-off final if we're in it;)

Drogs away and Galway at home are 2 games we'll definitely need him for. Would rather if he was missing for Bohs and Shams

Keane is part of the reason we're in this mess, a very poor defender

Benin score!.

Camerawork is terrible, didn't see the goal but it was from the edge of the area top corner.

FT 1-1, Boco had a chance to win it there with the last kick of the game coming in from the left wing.

The picture quality was whatever came before SD, I'll never complain about RTE's LOI live camerawork after that.

Note to self - Never watch ORTM on anything other than a portable.

Its a shame Rommy didn't get to play a more attacking role, Mozambique are the easily the weakest of their three opponents and the next two games will probably be uphill battles for Benin.

Be fair to Rafael - anyone who can gather a ball, somersault, drop it and banjax his neck in a single, flowing move has a bit of talent.

Thought Rommy played well, though.

Boco was unlucky, handled the ball from a header. Aiyegbeni Yokubu put away the peno. I think Boco is booked aswell.
Stéphane Sessignon (Benin and PSG) had a terrific run and shot that hit the bar.

was gutted for rommy. ball hit his hand, nothing he could have done about it. played well though

Started left back this evening. 2-0 down, first goal came from his side, but there wasn't much he could do, keepers fault. He does look a bit tired/ unfit.

Benin have sacked the entire coaching and playing staff following their first-round exit from the African Cup of Nations.

Great player and sad to see him go put considering the wages he would have been on I think we are as well to take our chances with some young eager irish lads on less money.
