Ireland slipped one place in the latest Fifa world rankings back to 15th. The top three are still brazil france and spain but the biggest jump came from Mexico who jumped amazingly from 11th to 5th. In all fairness how the f**k do fifa explain this one. I doubt playing the likes of honduras and el salvador constitute such a huge jump. Fair enough Mexico are probably on par with Ireland but dont play with the level of competition but they still get rewarded better for beating Nicaragua. It just doesnt make sense
