2nd round of the champions league ! let me explain......

i get a phone call from my cousin (robbie doyle) at 5.30 saying that uefa need to see his passport, he's out in phibbsboro and im in bray, and i had to try get it out there in an hour at that time of the night ! dont know how i managed to do it but got the passport out to dayler by half 6, speed limit broke several hundered times ! he was about 5 minutes away from being not able to play in the match and then hence would not have had a big hand in setting up 2 of the goals.

Eurosport and Sky have showen a big interest in showing the game againist the vikings ! that would be great exposure for the league - providing they get some sort of result.

Robbie was a real Hero on Wednesday. What do you drive, a nifty 50. It's the only way to get through Dublin traffic these days.
I'm going to the match, you can't beat the live stuff. TV is not an issue with me, only for the away match:D

Doyle for Ireland:D

Dohh! Sorry never read the heading, you have a car.

had really set in on him ! we all thought it would effect his game but he played out of his skin, he covered every single blade of grass in dayler. Himself and Hunt were outstanding.

This time of the year the traffic shouldn't have been that much of a problem - any excuse to boast ;)
Hopefully sky or eurosport cover the game, as I'm away.....

Robbie is an Ok player i suppose but IMO he wastes way too much possession.

Then again don't think bohs got a better replacement.

He certainly would get in the city team ahead of the double O's

;)

Couldn't agree with you there, he retains possession extrememly well, in Borisov wiith no support he never gave the ball away, always winning a corner if there was no-one in the box to pass to

Paul Keegan has been unlucky to be left out and many Bohs fans wanted him in the team last Wednesday, personally I prefer Doyle

;) I agree wholeheartedly with you on this comment (even though I know its not what you meant to say:D ) Good to see some realism creeping into the mindset of Cork fans;) :D :D
