was a beauty and they barely acknowledged it and it should have been shown again at the end of programme
Ya the analysis of that match was pretty poor alright, focusing on the negatives rather than the positives, especially considering Faz's goal had more impact on the game than either of the incidents they discussed.

since cons blog or weekly thing is on topic at the moment he says that their not there to promote the league right, but obviuosly they are because otherwise the viewers would drop week by week, this is in relation to the roddy collins thing last week saying the league is made up of failures and people not good enough for england, not in those words btw

Although I am not in the habit of repeating myself, would 5 minutes of First Division coverage really kill yez. MNS could make up the additional cost by cancelling a few sunbed sessions for the presenters

Whatever about match hightlights, surely they could spend 20 seconds showing the First Division fixtures for the coming weekend.

Sounds like Keano was a real charmer with Sadlier.
Harps have to get our defenders to start concentrating a wee bit or they are going to start playing Laurel&Hardy music over our highlights.

He mightn't have worked out for you guys but he is a bit of a super sub for us - Setanta cup final being one in and if memory serves me right he got the winenr against your lot last season

Did they send off a manager for giving out about a line ball? That is actually unreal if its the case. What's a line ball?

they should revoke the red card from Wes Charles and fine your man. Unreal stuff there, i mean everybody takes a dive but most try and make it believable anyway.Agreed. O'Flynn too from a few weeks ago.

Agreed with the panellist that they should revoke the red card from Wes Charles and fine your man. Unreal stuff there, i mean everybody takes a dive but most try and make it believable anyway. Unless Charles had a taser up his sleeve your man was blatantly trying to get him sent off.

Charles clearly hit out, it was his own fault - you can't give these refs any sort of excuse. He's experienced enough to know this. Not excusing the Sligo player btw.

the acting from anto murphy to get wes charles sent off was a disgrace, seems the way we are going. do we have to copy everything from english football (even some players who have never been across the water are puting on a bit of an english accent). Thought Phillip Quinn was good, actually knows a fair bit about the league, liked the story about the carlow player. Jeff Kenna looked great in the white top. (David Ickle). the position we are in it is a spiritual leader we need more than a football manager anyway.

Philip Quinn stayed away from the cliches and was very entertaining.Seems like a bit of a character.Give him a regular slot.

I think face has crossed over to the Dark Side.

Thought Philip Quinn was interesting & knowledgable. He spoke out of turn; the show needs a bit of backchat and interaction between the panellists. This might induce some discussion and debate. I know there's probably limited time for it, but it's good to hear people drift away from the script now and then. Of course, Quinn may have emptied up his font of stories now, but it was infiinitely better than 'Yeah, I brought him back from England.' Remember, we need this show to appeal to those who are not yet converts - then we will unleash Jeff Kenna on them from the Galway studio. Bahaha. Bahaha.

Was very pleased with Quinn and Sadliers contribution, definitely adds to the programme, hopefully Connor will be back in gainful employment soon.
Maybe we should have a poll of all the contributors so far and see which 3 are the most popular.
