Apparenrtly Kearney's injury is not as bad as first thought. Talking to one of the First Aid crew after match, originally thought he had fractured arm but xray appears to show nothing more than heavy bruising.

What stage of the game did it happen? Who replaced him?

Only fair to take precaution consider he'd been playing on a broken hand recently. Really was a shocking challenge though, elbows and knees everywhere.

Happened around the 7th minute, sub cme on for him round the 12th. Ryan, who strangely was himself substituted later in the game.
This might be said through maroon tinted glasses but didn't see a whole lot wrong with challenge, thought it was tough but fair, easily won the ball, not the United player's fault that Kearney weighs less that Karen Carpenter

Ryan is only just back from injury so getting 70 minutes out of him was good.
