Is it still going on at this stage? What was it saying, mostly positive or negative?

You realize if this keeps up Sky will have given the league about a million times more coverage then RTE, they even post the fixtures and results on match days.

This was the bihs v city league match the other monday i presume?

Did they air the interviews with a few city fans? Did they show those terrible empty old terraces cos Dalymount can look real bad when looking out from the stand side at 3 empty sides of the ground?

No, there were no fan interviews, a brief interview with first Tommy Allen, then Stephen Kenny and a few words from Glen Crowe. They only showed the Jodi stand but it was during the warm-up half an hour before kick-off when everyone was in the bar so it was fairly empty

There was another one today, which they said was the second part, showed the goals from the match and some of the interviews from both Bohs and City fans.

Yeah, part two of the "Special Report on Irish Football" is being shown today. It is on at about 10 to the hour, every hour.

I thought it was very good, they showed Crowe and Flynn's goals.
They showed the interviews with Eric and Ian and were talking to a few Bohs fans aswell.
They showed us waving the Big flags and talked about how the bad weather couldn't dampen the enthusiasm of the City fans.
Had a few good crowd shots aswell of both City and Bohs fans.
Dolan was on and was speaking about how he can't understand why kids in Cork wear Manchester jerseys but that you wouldn't see people in Manchester wearing Cork City jerseys.
The reporter mentioned the bar stool brigade a few times, and was saying how hard it is for the league to get the barstoolers to go to the games.

Fair play to Sky for showing these reports, they also had the goals from the Rovers today as one of their top five stories.

I'll tape the "Special Report on Irish Football" when it comes on again for those that didn't see it.:ball:

Very positive reports by Sky - saw them both although Dalyter looked a bit sad from the lane.

Dolan was great on the jerseys "You don't see kids in Manchester in Cork City jerseys but you will...." ever the optimist.

2 good goals as well and a decent crowd made it look good.
