Obviously the date for that was not confirmed if we had a match that day. Cobh would have had to agree to the switch. I can't see the problem if both teams had no problem switching.

Friday night football at home will be a nice change. Make UCD take time off work/collage and travel when it doesn't suit them like most clubs are doing to us this season

Take time off college?

Have you ever seen a Friday timetable?!

It's very annoying to have games clashing with fundraisers. Really shouldn't happen, although I suppose the club were planning it in advance before the fixtures came out. It's very nice of Cobh to agree to the change (assuming they had a choice)

Your game with Harps has been changed as well. Was due to be on Saturday 24th May, now on Friday 23rd May. The Saturday would clash with the Ireland v Serbia match at Croke Park (kicks off at 7.30pm).

I think we change fixtures in the League too easily. Fancy changing the ramblers v UCD game because a bunch of Students/Former Students fancy a night out. What next FFS.

i agree we should be doing whats best for us not them, saturday will get bigger crowd than friday, we should be claiming every advantage it is dog eat dog would ucd be so willing if we had a fundraiser on in cobh when we play them away

My understanding is that the return fixture in UCD is going to be on a Saturday night in return for Cobh changing to a Friday.

I assume clubs do this because they recognise that fund-raising is vital for every club in the league.

I aslo presume that such gestures are reciprocated. Dog eat dog? Hunt in packs, I say.
