What is the easiest way to get the latest scores from the rest of the league games when sitting in your favourite ground armed just with your mobile?

WAP onto RTE website? Elevenaside.com?

Or is there a text service that will send you the latest?

You can go to mobile.rteaertel.ie on your browser. Download opera mini while you're at it (its actually how I'm posting this reply!)

I used to use livescore.com which has a good wap site but Aertel is now on wap and obviously give goalscorers so that's what I use.

livescore.com's full web version works "OK" in Opera Mobile (not Opera Mini, this is the pay version high end Nokia's come with) and gives scorers too. For whatever reason I couldn't get EDGE in Buckley Park for the last game last season and was stuck using dialup on the phone to check the Athlone/Cobh game, that was "fun"...

If you subscribe to 6 teams' free webtexts then most of the time you'll be getting results sent to you. Or do as I do and subscribe to Derry, Cork, Drogheda.

Cheers Julian. I should point (not to you, but the rest...) that livescore only cover the Premier Division

They actually do cover Division 1 now...

I was using that until recently but I think RTE did up their mobile services and Aertel is much better as it gives scorers & sendings off.

I can't believe everyone is getting excited about getting aertel on their phone!!

Has everyone forgotten the great errortel thread of previous seasons. I can't wait to see Derry playing Dundalk United on my phone (as aertel had last season) or the wrong score coming up. It's bad enough when stuck at home relaying on aertel and praying they have put up the right scores without getting them on your phone too.
