Benin withdrew from a 2009 African Nations Championship qualifying fixture against Togo Sunday because football is being reorganised in the west African country, an official said.
Togo receive a walkover into the second qualifying round of the new biennial competition for local-based footballers and will play Ghana or Niger during May.
