Either correct the problem and notify Vetinari (http://foot.ie/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&find=lastposter&forumid=29) when you're done or update your profile (http://foot.ie/member.php?s=&action=editprofile) with a valid email address and complete the registration process as normal.
