most likely but the terrace is where most of the more mature ramblers fans go so i hope the club will se sense and give city the east stand and the top half of the terrace

probably the top 1/3 of the terrace, stand is 500, and say top 1/3 should hold the aditional 800 easy

as i said it will easily hold 800, ye will be in the old stand and the top part of the terrace, if ye need more space it will be made, they will sell a set amount of tickets, and there will be enough space to accomadate all the tickets sold, but will be only home fans in the new stand, cant see them letting rams and city fans mix,

Easily. Only season ticket holders can buy in our Club shop and i know of loads of people buying them in Cobh( as confirmed by a Cobh official in tonights Echo)

No segregation Is Bizarre

God almight what a simplistic and naive view. I acknowledge CRFC as a club is ignorent of life in the Premier division, but that ignorence is no excuse really. I've been to every ground in the ELPD and i can assure you Ramblers having no crowd control is unique.

Lets hope it goes without a hitch for your Clubs sake

to be honest pablo your arrogant, snobbish, and high horse views towards our club are starting to **** me off. ive been to every ground in this counntry too. city arnt exactly angels so the club will have adequate security for the event.

im sure city think they are the only ones ever to get a crowd. there will be people employed to do the security so i dont know where this '' for your clubs sake'' is coming from.

and remember it wasnt us who were throwing bricks through a shelbourne supporters bus, to name but one incident city fans were involved in.

I'm inclined to agree with your sentiments Depor.

Ramblers as a club cannot stop city fans from buyin our tickets,as said the top stand will be allocated to city along with a section ot the terrace so they can go there if they like.As with any other club its your own wish if you want to mix with the home support theres nothing stopping us from buyin tickets for the cross and sitting where we like.

Have you got a season ticket for City?

Well they're on general sale now from 9:30 this morning, but I'd doubt there was many, if any, left.

Ya, that adds up.
I don't get why they announced they won't sell tickets on the night.
I'd expect Rams to backtrack on that one.

Ours sold out today but Rams sent up another hundred. Nice one lads.

Also a good few City fans got them in Cobh tonight. Seems to be plenty still available down there if people are looking

official attendance is?????? 3500? 1600 city tickets sold. plus those who came to cobh to buy them plus ticketmaster.. looks like they could be hitting the 2000 mark hopefully we will too not to be out numbered

A mighty 900 turned up to Cobh's first match, much like Waterford Utd have for a number of years, enjoy your cup final lads :)

Ticket master didn't get any. Support from both side might be even enough but I'm confident that we'll outnumber them as it goes.

Im pretty sure 4500 tickets were made available. We got 1600 'officially'. I'd imagine the support will be roughly half and half give or take a few.

On to the battle of colour :D Will your gang who havnt been to a match in ages be wearing Rams gear? Itl look much better if the place is full of the teams colours

Oh...and ya a match at some stage too :D

4,500 tickets made availible and probably sold out at this stage. Its a disaster waiting to happen. No way it can take that

look everyone has had a go at the club in the past and it wouldnt surprise me before if we sold way more than the capacity due to the naive nature of the people running the club. but now i think this wont be an issue i doubt we will have sold more tickets than capacity can hold.

MojoPin
28/03/2008, 4:31 PM
well imo basic maths would suggest 2000 city fans and the rest ramblers fans so that would be??

Id think around that, but theres no way to know really how many City fans got tickets around Cobh. We've had over 4000 at our first 2 league games and Id expect a lot of them would go the half hour to Cobh given the chance

There wasn't 4500 tickets available. It was either 3600 or 3900, can't remember off hand

MojoPin
28/03/2008, 4:40 PM
so if 3900 were made available do the 300 or so season ticket holders get counted?

All in, tomorrow, we're looking at at least 4000 at the game. 1999 City and 2001 Ramblers

4,500 is the reduced capacity.
There are now upwards of 800 season ticket holders in Cobh + 3900 ticket made available + FULL GROUND.

that would be brilliant 800 season tickets. but i bet its 800 people. you know family ticket are 4 people so 200 of them sold is 800 people!
