12 is a bit steep isn't it...how much do they normally charge....thats fine for the dub clubs to charge that ..but waterford.......and only 200 stand tickets.....i say we all go to the stand thingy at the other side of the stand....
fair play ian
keep up informed of the news :)
*thread stuck to the top*
Northofthelee and all other fans i got that today and that is what the price is for the game and it is a bit steep i would agree with you..

The stand .... go to the right hand side as you look at the pitch. It was great the last time we were down there. It is a great stand actually.
The stand on the far side isn't great lads in fairness.
Nearly all premier league grounds are 12 ... we are the exception.

Agreed that the main stand is better but it would be better if all the city fans could be together rather then having the non 200 lucky ones scattered all over the pitch....
as for the price of the tickets....don't let Brian find out that we are the exception.....:)
Boy's and girls i need to know the final numbers by next monday.
how about we all take up the seats opposite the main stand? wherever we go its important we all stay together

If its a fine evening, wouldn't it be better if all the fans went to the stand opposite the TV cameras?
A big City following on TV to show exactly who the big club in this country is?
oddboy i agree with you on that one it would be good if we done that.

Guys, I completely agree that we should all stick together and it would be good to be situated opposite the cameras.
Can you move around the ground ( like at The Cross ) once you're in?
Looking at the ground I doubt it will sell out - Waterford don't have a huge support.
I have been posting on their message board "BTID" and they seem to be up for this one - should be a good night.
I think we'll have a lot of support at this one - our first "local derby" in a few years.
Forget about the cameras as be only a few mins of eL weekly anyway.
City don't get too many opportunities to get a large travelling support as no local derbies so staying together in one section so can show the Waaaaterford folks how to support your team should be the priority.
I think going to the side opposite the stand would probably be the best thing to do alright.
There will be more than 200 City fans there, so it would be great if we could all go to one side and make plenty of noise and have plenty of colour. Having City fans scattered around the ground will mean less noise, less atmosphere etc so lets all stick together.

The tickets are to go on sale at the gate on the night so i have bean told so it is up to your self to get your ticket.
I presume Waterford are just sectioning off a part of the stand for the city support.

reports are that they are sectioning off 200 seats in the main satnd but that is not going to be enough. We need to get all the city supporters together. We'll get some atmosphere going....

I suppose the best thing to do would be to go to the seats on the opposite side of the stand so?

200 in the stands wouldnt make enough noise
let them keep their 200 and everyone stick together

Yes, but they usually have a seperate hatch selling tickets marked ''Away'' for that that section of the stand. Overspill, ie those who can't get tickets for that section of the stand can stand just to the right of everyone else.
RSC is a dump - and the running track means the stand is so far from the pitch.... 8 in for the ground.... Unfortunately I don't think any of those sh!te temp seat efforts hold that much either....
btw we don't charge 12 for the stand either...
The covered stand is looking like a good option with the way the weather is at the mo!!!:( :( :(

Yee CC fans are the biggest crowd of whingers I have ever heard " the wherher is bad" "We're not getting enough tickets" "there's no cushion on my seat" - would ever shut the F**k up and just go to the game.
I think we are just used to a bit more comfort.
Does the club shop do prawn sandwiches ? ;)
