Just looking at the Indo online and saw a section about match tickets.
Had a quick look through and was wondering can this be considered touting:

Clearly states:

Please note: Prices shown may differ from face value


And there are tickets prices at €209.00

Theres also a section for people selling tickets. I think they are just acting
as a marketplace for the transactions but surely thats unethical?
