I represent Old Fullerians AFC from the Watford Sunday Football League
in England (club website: www.webteams.co.uk/oldfullerians (http://www.webteams.co.uk/oldfullerians)) We are
coming over to Cork on Friday 28th March for the weekend.

Presently we have a friendly against Marlboro Trust FC on Sunday 30th
March are looking for a friendly on the Saturday 29th March. We are a
friendly club and thus looking for a friendly but competitive match.

I know its quite short notice and know Cort City FC have a big local
derby away that evening, but wondering if anyone can assist or point me in the right direction to arranging a friendly even if it means playing
in the morning or early afternoon.

Kind Regards,
Anamul

Hi Anamul,
I play for a club in cork (Cork AUL league the website that Billy Lyons runs, I think you sent him a mail as well) and I think you would not be able to arrange a friendly with an AUL team until next week as we only get our fixtures about 1 week in advance so a club wouldn't know if they have a free weekend or not.
Our club is a bit out of the city so we might not suit but if we're free that weekend I'll check to see if the team can play...

Also you should post this query on the Cork AUL 07/08 forum in this website as there are quite a few Cork clubs use it.

Thank you Innishvilla for your reply.

Point taken regarding to when you recieve your fixture but as we dont have a fixture for the Saturday we can wait till quite late in the day to sort one out so keep us in mind. How far out of the city of Cork are you, for as long as there is at least public transport to get to you it should not be a problem.

I will post a message on the AUL Cork section of this forum as well.
