Whats a 'funboy'? And who are the Limerick and Wexford 'funboy's.....

All sounds a bit homo-erotic to me....;):D

According to the Limerician English dictionary a 'funboy' is a person/s who play their 'games' in pink, and to honour Wexfords Pink Pride Parade this coming Friday im sure the good open minded people of Limericks working class areas will welcome our Wexford friends with open arms.

How the hell did ye manage to get footage of our supporter's club AGM??:D

By the way, I just read in your Friday Match result Predictions thread that you have a Death ridden club. I think I might give Limerick a miss this week!

Seriously, that thread went downhill fast. What's the story with some of those boys?

Just to clarify.

The Funboys will be wearing their pink kit right??

To be honest I don't know. As far as I'm aware, it's actually our 3rd kit. I'm not too sure of any other team in the 1st division who who's jersey would clash with either all black or all maroon. But then, I didn't think that the Sligo jersey would clash with the Pat's jersey last weekend, so what would I know!

No pink jerseys - NO GEN XI!!!

we are wearing pink on friday according to mick wallace on sunday.and some of us will have our new kit on as well;)

Ah Seagull, you said you wouldn't. That only leaves me without one...

Seriously though, 140 pink shirts were sold on Friday at the match and I see Mick keeping the momentum going, so I'm sure they will wear them.

We don't want a repeat of the Pats V Sligo situation, so yez are not to clash with us on the night.:D

Id say the local chemists were cleared out of fake tan and chest wax too! The New Ross branch of the Dale Winton fan-club on the rampage!

Us 5/6
Draw 9/4
Them 11/4

1-1 draw @ 5/1 might be worth a euro!

It's most likely we'll be wearing green.

That's right, Pink v Green

:D:o(see, clash horribly)

And yes I know this post is a bit "Wexford" complaining about colour clashing as it does, so no need for anyone to point that out!

Took me a few minutes, but I eventually got it.
Looking forward to coming back to this forum after the match. We're not the same team that played you (every week) last year. Should be a good test. ;)

That's OK, I realise you most likely had to leave school at eleven to goat herd or go to sea or some such

Wow.

What a bleak existence you Wexford folk must have.

Thank fook for that!

Seven (unbeaten I hasten to add) games of watching your shower attempt cattenacchio minus the guile, was about as much I could stomach.

Should be a good test

Should be, but then again we're both rubbish and missing two of our better players.

Draw: 9/4
Wexford: 10/3

Some generous odds on both the Funboys and the draw.

Will Monkfish dare bet against Limerick for a second week running?? :)

LtiD would clearly favour the Wexford Funboys if he were thinking with that in fairness ;)
