Happy first birthday to mini osarasan so!

Ther was two significant dates (for someone of my poilitical persuasion) this week and unfortuneately he missed both by a whisker, yesterday was the 20th anniversary of the gibralter murders and sunday (the actual due date) is Bobby Sands Birthday

haha....good luck to sleepless nights BGR....not that i know anything about babies and sleepless nights though.

In fairness I think a father should get at least a month off. seriouslly. whatever about the swedes being socialists, they really have the right idea.

Totally agree. The first few weeks of a babies life are very tough on the mammy and they could do with the daddy around, especially if there are other children in the house. A lot of people get their mums in to stay with them but its much better if it is just the parents as they need that time to bond with the baby.

Enjoy the 2 weeks of cuddles, nappies, oohing and aaahing, vomit, smell of baby powder, screaming. Its great!
