AND EVER MANAGER SHOULD BE JUDGED ON RESULTS
not on if u dont like um thats ur own thing,
RESULTS IS WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT AT ANY LEVEL OF FOOTBALL

Can someone please open the door and let this guy play with the traffic!

I think its time to stop responding to the junior ballers and move onto discussing L37 in a mature manner.If we ignore them long enough they may go away.

It certainly is, 10 or so bitter-heads dont represent the majority.

Maybe if they got themselves organised enough to get their clubs crest up as an avatar we could all pick little holes in their own club.

Couldn't agree more. The problem with this whole junior/football temper tantrum is that because of the way it's breaking down everybody seems to be drawn into one side or the other. There's some people posting on this forum whose sole intention is to wind up some of the more excitable members of the L37 support. They are achieving this with some ease at the moment.

See we need more people like you. This notion of building bridges has failed miserably. We should burn them all and let God sort them out. The bridges I mean... :)
