has any Sligo Rovers players made the senior squad of their country (except for Boco) last i remember paul McGee(he was before my time) was the last Bit O' Red player to play as a full international and manage about 2 goals

Was Banana a full international?He is. Not fully sure if he ever played for Barbados during his time with us though.

I think Paddy Monaghan won a couple of senior Ireland caps in the 1930's while playing for Rovers.

Did Alvin, Ram Miller and Co not represent the Babados Armed forces, rather than the full international side?

Also Monty Monaghan did win at least one cap whilst with Rovers.

Also Monty Monaghan did win at least one cap whilst with Rovers.I know they played for the Barbados Defence Forces alright, just not sure if they played for the actual international team too while with Rovers. Banana is definitely a full international now though, he played for Barbados a couple of weeks back afaik.

i'm pretty sure big john straker was a full international rather the armed forces team. did ken otalor ever make an appearance for nigeria? i know he was in the squad.
