Text Alerts

The Town have started a txt alert service were you will recieve latest club news and latest scores from town games.Just txt LTFC to 53131.Each txt you recieve will cost you 30 cent.

Good idea but it costs too much and I can't see too many people using it.

prob the same as the aertel txt alerts...they cost me a fortune so dont use em....cant see them bein too popular

Will this work abroad? Good idea but 30 cent is a bit steep, and if your based in Longford or even Ireland anyway, you wont need it!

I've signed up and just recieved notice of the next town fixture, Derry City in Flancare @ 7.30 on the 7.7.03... there's a predicition competition which costs €2...

Is there any proceeds from the €2 competition or the 30c subscription which go to the club?

If its the same crowd doing the alerts as with city AFAIK the club does get a cut.

good job, because with a 4-1 scoreline, a sending-off with a half-time and ful-time update it was quite expensive...

They update you on everything happening in the league and the national team to get every penny from ya!
