Apparently 'Sick' means good.
Is it true that Wednesday is the best day to go Surfing? or is that just the pacific coast?

If you're on the heavier side of average, you might want to do a few push ups before you head down to give you the strength to stand up quickly.
Also, Lahinch has a swimming pool with a sauna and jacuzzi which can be a nice spot to visit to warm up after a few hours in the sea.

Have I met you before Bald Student ha ha. Good tip on the push ups thing thanks for that. Yeah going to stay in Lahinch for 5 days and just do the lesson in the morning and chill out for the rest of the day. With a Bank Holiday on the Monday and Good Friday on the Friday, the whole week can be taken off without much dent into the Annual Leave too.

I just started in September. Best decision sports wise that I've ever made.
Strandhill in Sligo is where I started off, although I also recommend Streedagh, whih is out beside Lissadell.
I took lessons with these guys.

You should be standing up by the end of the first and it's all go from there really.

I didn't give the push-ups advice.
