I supposed if they had been allowed to buy alcohol this might never have happened.
Still, it is best to pretend that people under 18 don't drink, or have any more of
a right to drink than anyone over 18.

What right has the state to say what people can and cannot comsume?

If they are tried and convicted of murder as an adult then a life sentence is mandatory. (How long they actually serve is another thing of course.)

The could spend up to two year in jail if this case is a guideline.

He wont be tried for murder anyway it seem svery rare that any one in cases like this get done for murder. Prob get a manslaughter charge and since they are under 18 i reckon 5 years will be all he ll serve.Nothing will happen the girls involved.
