Those of you who have had holidays in the sun as a result will recall fondly that I advised all and sundry that Drogheda were nailed on at 100/30 to win The Eircom League last year.
Listen up now as you are about to be given the deposit on your Turkish holiday home or, alternatively, the wherewithal to sponsor a new pitch in The Showgrounds.
Cork City are five to one YES, FIVE TO ONE with Coral to win The Eircom League. Alan Mathews, George O'Callaghan and Dave Mooney - 'nuff said. They are 1/3 odds for first three so effectively you can have a free 5/1 bet.
What are you doing still reading this. You should be out mugging old ladies to get enough to GET ON !!!!!!!!!

Correction - should be 1/5 the odds first three but the point is still the same. A no brainer.

Not a bad bet, although can't see him getting it unless he's played up front regularly, rather than midfield.

i said he was a midfielder in the 1st email in hope of getting a bigger price but i think he'll play up top 90% of time 'cause he's been training as a striker according to foy and i think cook is desperate to have someone quicker than judge&faz up front

Lads, there's a reason why he is 40/1 to be top scorer and it is that he will not be top scorer. Stop chasing rainbows and listen to the man - get into Cork City ew at 5s, doubt if price will be there much longer.

I woud go with a double Shelbourne for the first Division (4-1) and Cork for Premier Div (7-2) also Jason Byrne fro top goalscorer 5-1.

Judgey is 20-1 to be top goalscorer

surely that's a treble Alan ;)

As much as it hurts a dundalk man to say it, Shels looks a good bet in the First.
the premier is really hard to call, Drogs still look very strong as do Pats. Cork have made some hefty signings, but not sure that Matthews will win the league at first attempt - good EW bet. Bohs are probably the only team capable of taking it away from Drogs and Pats.

what's the odds on rovers for the cup?

Christ, Sligoman, what bad luck. Just when Bohs look like they're going to win the league, you get the flu. :D
