Info on Levi Tierney

Anybody got an opinion on Levi Tierney?

Played mainly with our u-21's, never got much chance in main team. No loss to us really as he wasn't going to get much chance this season either unless we were stuck with injuries. Strong tackler at times, not a bad signing for FD side. His father, Leo, managed the team during the post-McDonald/pre-Cook era. His brother is a goalkeeper for Castlebar Celtic.

levi tierney was on our squad list against ucd at the weekend.. assume he came on as sub..

Levi has been training and playing with both Longford and Athlone this pre season. The last I heard was he was hoping athlone would take him however he was on the bench for Longford on saturday and came on in the second half

He played centre midfield for athlone vs Sligo the other week

he was on trial with both clubs anyway. assume he has been released by rovers or else hes trying to find a loan club
