Great stuff long time coming. How is it being funded? Galway FA or GUFC or a sponsor? I suggested that this be used as a means of advertising as well to generate a extra few quid on a match day hope its a decent sized one!

I will tell you what Saigon we may laugh and snigger about this but I would say you are spot on and this will happen , as I know in the UK you at the end of the game in some Championship clubs where the added on time is sponsored by " bigum beds for a good night's sleep " and so on . Watch this space so to say :p:p:p

the ones ye are thinking of are only in A Category stadiums like Nou Camp,Stade de France,Croke Park etc.Terryland is a long way off those but this scoreboard is a welcome addition.
now my mum who always arrives 15 mins late wont be assuming its always 0-0 having never asked anyone what the score is:rolleyes:.

Probably posted before...

Mate of mine used to work in a record shop in town a few years back, the add in the papers was the shop logo and a picture of my mate...

'For the good times, get your 12 inches from this man'

Think the add was 'pulled' after a number of complaints...BOOM BOOM
