So lets see...

Team sheet says eircom league across the top, has 7 spaces for subs and has to be handed in at 6.30

Pats story; staff asked ref just before 6.30 if 7 subs were allowed. He said yes.

Refs story; nobody asked me anything as I wasn't at ground until 6.40, and I didn't check team sheet before the game.

I wonder hwo much we'll get fined

Buttimer should get action taken against him for this so. Either for lying about the time he arrived or for being late.

He's supposed to check the teamsheets. He hasn't done his job properly. With Pats exonerated, the FAI have tacitly acknowledged Buttimer made a balls up.

Action needs to be taken against Buttimer for a total neglect of his duties. He's a mini-Hitler joke of a ref anyway, and needs to be stripped of his badges.

Don't think it was as simple as that.

It's been confirmed to me that more than Pat's named seven subs in the first round of games. ;)
