Big performance needed from McGeady and Keane(especially) tonight.

Probably not english, actually is, but has some adds in it etc...
Hope they don't do that during the match.

Bit of magic on the wing from McGeady. Cross could have been better though.

There is a gaping hole in the team where Andy Reid should be.

Not the most riveting encounter you'll ever see.

Looks a bit windy out there.

Who will replace Miller if he can't continue?

Potter on for Miller.

If only we had a Blacksmith in the squad.

Potter coming in for Miller. I thought he was out sick.

We're toothless in central midfield so far, totally uncompetitive. If we can get this sorted it'd improve the whole team.

Carsley can't pass to save his life. Possession is almost guaranteed to break down when he's on the ball. All our balls to the front two are speculative long balls. I reckon Garvan & O'Toole from last night would do a better job than Carsley & Miller. Doyle's touch has been poor on the couple of occasions a ball has been sent his way.

Hopefully Potter can bring others into play.

Quite boring so far, glad I didn't pay to watch it. Atmosphere sounds terrible from an Ireland point of view too, can only hear Brazil fans.

Carsley is doing okay, itīs not in his job discription to be spraying the passes, he has covered the ground and got in a few clatters

The game is there to be won.

Robinho

Passed it straight through Carsley's legs into the far corner.

Hunt has been fairly poor since he came on.

Yes, nearly winning the match is fairly poor.

McGeady and Duff played well. Kelly not good enough and the new manager needs to try get Finnan back. Overall not a bad performance and Givens deserves some credit for that.

Yes, nearly winning the match is fairly poor.

Giving away possession nearly every time he had the ball is poor in anyone's book.

He only had 20 minutes though in fairness.

I thought it was a decent enough performance.

Glad to see McGeady a bit more confident in the green shirt. Looked good tonight.

We weren't that far from scoring ourselves, and kept most of the Brazilian's key players quiet.

As friendlies go, entertaining enough.

Kelly not good enough and the new manager needs to try get Finnan back.

Would like to know what he was thinking about in the tackle he was booked for. But we at least found something out about him. If he loses the head in a glamour friendly against Brazil, I worry about his charachter when we are backs to the wall in Rome.

Would like to see McShane in that position in the next friendly. If Finnan comes back he gets the shirt, but he won't be about for ever
