How did last nights AGM go?
Any scandle?
Who's in and who's out?
Did many turn up?

Good meeting I thought. Tom Burke gave a detailed update on the stadium. Jimmy gave an update on the youth structure been put in place. All the board were re-elected except for Aidan Hegarty who didn't go for re-election. Padraic Quinn has rejoined the board. They also decided to co-opt a rep of the ADSL and Bealnamulla onto the board. They went into abit of detail on the UEFA Licencing Laws, the people needed to fill different committees, coaches, stewards, etc. Lasted about two and a half hours. Crowd looked like it was up on last years.

Also, passed your email address onto Tommy. Didn't get to ask anyone about the Buy a Sod thing.

looks to me like same ole same ole .
No new blood elected onto an already pityful committee with the exception of Tom Burkes sub committee.
a decision to appoint a schoolboy league delegate was agreed years ago but when he attended meetings he was practically ignored.
The return of padraig quinn is a good thing but methinks hes gonna be doin all the rowin in a sinkin ship.

cheers

I thought Padraig said last year that he wouldnt consider
rejoining the board unless there was a clear out of all the
dead wood (not his words)

Good to have him back though, he always gave 100% when
he was on the board before.
