He had been talking to us and was keen by all accounts. Very disappointing if true.

was told that he was just training with them to keep his fitness levels up? Would fancy Athenry to have a successful end to the season if true though !

clearly they never saw him play past the first few games last season - abysmal comes to mind

He just lost interest in his game , the only time he really had a go to what I can remember is the Sunderland game and the first game we played at home againist Drogs .

Also, heard that Slygo were trying to sign him.

Jeez plenty of rumours about Murph! Cant see him beig able to tie his work into playing part time footie outside of Galway.

he mightn't be all that busy with his full-time job this season anyway! He's a mortgage broker isn't he??
