After today's game at turners x i am convinced that we can stay up. Ok, if we keep playing crap football it won't happen. We're 9 points from the play offs with two thirds of the season left.

Isn't it about time someone put money on Waterford to stay up? Might jinx them the other way then!:)

Hope O'Neill and their other striker pick up an injury soon - the way they concede goals, if their forwards were out injured for even three or four games, they'd plummet, and so could morale.

All ifs and buts at the moment though...:(

The only way were gonna stay up is if we get more points than two other teams in the league!

So we're buggered. Basically.

Just one will do.

Yeah, but then we have to beat two of Bray, Dublin City and Kildare County. Or maybe Limerick or Sligo - teams who'll be on a roll basically. Wouldn't fancy ourselves in that. And with the league as tight as it is, it'd be much easier to get past two teams and be done with it.

Had enough of play-offs anyway...

I we manage to finish second from bottom i think we'll be on a roll aswell. We'd also be used to playing teams of significantly better quality.

Be tempted to take on that bet, but lads  Don't forget Finn Harps! They'd have a great chance of actually making a mark in the Premier Division.

Unless of course you're already giving them the first division title :D

I was...

They'll do well next year as well - only five goals against so far... Although then they go and lose to Cobh...

I wouldn't give them the title. My Money would be on Kildare.

May I be the first to ask you for your money?;)

I thought Kildare at the start of the season, but they haven't done as well as I thought they would have (although they've still done quite well), and Harps have done much better than I thought.

Long way to go still though.

Shirker, shirker I say!

You'll owe me the €20 when the Scots do the job and if you don't pay up you'll get a chinese burn that made the last one look puny in comparison...and then I'll steal your wallet while you're writhing in agony and take the cash.

It was never twenty quid - a tenner tops, I think!
