any one read this (http://www.rte.ie/aertel/234-01.html) kelly and co have made a step up now officiateing UEFA cup games nice step up,
hope they do a good job to make up for how bad they are in there domestic league:D:o,

give it a bloody rest - we've had the referee bashing threads done to death here.

It means better games at European level, and a drip down consequence of that is the standard at domestic level increases due to UEFA input (as show with the adoption of the Technical Development Plan).

It does make sense to be fair. It can only benefit them when they return for domestic games.
